Breastfeeding 101, $100. Learn all you need to know as you begin your breastfeeding journey including infant cues, latch, positioning, establishing and maintaining supply, pumping, returning to work, when and where to seek help, and so much more.
Newborn Basics, $100. This class is effective for new parents or those wanting a refresher for safe care of a newborn. Topics covered include but are not limited to; review of pregnancy and birth, diaper care, hygiene, sleep safety, intro to infant massage, babywearing, breastfeeding/feeding, car seat safety, and establishing routines.
Epiphany Childbirth; Pregnancy, Childbirth, & Postpartum, $200. This class focuses on helping the pregnant person understand what’s happening to their body during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. Take this class to feel empowered as you plan for your birth (will cover pregnancy milestones, creating a birth plan, how to choose your ideal birth team, stages of labor, and so much more).
